4. Chris Farley - Tommy Boy (I don't know if I would still feel this way but I loved it when I saw it in the theater - six times)

2. Fred Willard - everything except Church Ball (somehow they were able to make him unfunny in that)

I kind of cheated. In each of my favorite comedies I couldn't decide which actor was funnier so so I just put both

Peter Falk/Alan Arkin - The In-laws

Carol Lombard/Jack Benny - To Be or Not to Be

John Turturro/John Goodman - The Big Lebowski

Charles Grodin/Robert Deniro - Midnight Run

Nick Frost/Simon Pegg - Hot Fuzz
